- General consultancy and advisory sessions via WhatsApp, phone, or in person
- Website development and digital services
Payment and Refund Policy
- Service fees are as stated on our Services page and confirmed before engagement
- A signed Service Agreement is provided before payment for consultancy services
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment for unused sessions
- Completed consultation sessions are non-refundable
- Website development work is milestone-based — payment made per completed milestone as agreed
Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for verifying all information independently before making any immigration or career decisions
- You must provide accurate and complete information during consultations
- Final decisions regarding visa applications, career moves, or education remain entirely your own
- We strongly recommend consulting a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer for formal immigration applications
Limitation of Liability
Venad Global Consultancy shall not be liable for any outcomes resulting from use of our guidance, including but not limited to visa rejections, employment outcomes, or career decisions. Immigration rules and policies change frequently — always verify current requirements directly with official government sources.
